This tequila doesn't undergo the barrel aging process. It's bottled directly after distillation, giving it a fresh, pure flavor, with pronounced notes of cooked agave and hints of citrus and herbs.

In 2024, more than 2,700 samples were evaluated by 154 tasters from 38 different nationalities.
Aged in oak barrels for a period of time ranging from two months to one year. This aging process gives the tequila a golden color and a smoother, more complex flavor.
It offers a balance between the freshness of the agave and the complex flavors provided by barrel aging, resulting in a richer and smoother flavor experience than white tequila, but less intense than aged tequila.
